Construction Superintendent

Wage: 46.6 CAD/hour

Full time

 

Job Duties:

1)      Oversee and plan all construction-related tasks performed on the job site, such as scheduling, quality assurance, and subcontractor management.

2)      Work together with project managers to create and carry out project plans, making sure that budgets and deadlines are met.

3)      Make routine site inspections to make sure that company policies and safety regulations are being followed.

4)      To guarantee efficient project execution, supervise and communicate with suppliers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.

5)      Establish a cooperative and positive work atmosphere by leading and advising the construction crew on site.

6)      Track and report on the status of the project, quickly recognising and resolving any problems or setbacks.

7)      Verify that all work is completed in accordance with applicable industry standards, building codes, and regulations.

8)      Recruit, employ, manage, and oversee volunteers and/or employees, as well as oversee the work of subcontractors.

9)      Read blueprint, schemas and drawings.
