Job Description
Raynow Group is a Calgary based, fully licensed and insured general contractor and multi-family developer. Our major services include property management, short term rental, long term rental and renovation. Currently, we are looking for a full-time bookkeeper to join our team.

Main Duties of the job:
- Enter financial transactions, including expenses, revenues, and payroll information, into accounting software.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Process invoices, bills, and payments from vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of payments.
- Track and categorize expenses related to medical supplies, equipment, rent, utilities, and other operational costs.
- Calculate and process employee salaries, deductions, and taxes.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll distribution.
- Generate regular financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Prepare and file tax returns, including sales tax, payroll tax, and other relevant taxes.
- Organize and maintain financial records, ensuring they are easily accessible for audits and reporting.
- Assist with other financial and administrative tasks as needed within the organization.
Employment Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Professional training or education in accounting or bookkeeping
- 1-2 years of experience as a bookkeeper or accounting clerk
- English is a must.
- Mandarin is an asset.
