Job Description

Urban Tadka Caterings Inc. O/A Urban Tadka located at 335 Deerhurst Drive, Unit 9-11, Brampton, Ontario, L6T 5K3 requires 5 Assistant Cooks (Indian Cuisine) on Permanent /Full Time basis. Wage: 18.50 per hour for a minimum of 30 hours or above per week. Experience is an asset. Additionally, 10 paid vacations and 10 paid sick leaves will be given.

 Job Duties Assistant Cook (Indian Cuisine)

• Assisting the Cook in food preparation activities, such as cleaning, cutting, chopping, and peeling food ingredients.
• Cleaning and sanitising the food preparation areas in accordance with company and health safety standards.
• Washing, disinfecting, and properly storing cooking and kitchen utensils and equipment.
• Operating a variety of kitchen appliances and instruments including cutters, knives, mixers, and ovens.
• Unloading supplies and organising the storeroom.
• Any other help that the cook may need in order to prepare any dishes.
