Job Description

Puran Enterprises Ltd. (DBA: Subway) is looking for a Fast Food Restaurant manager to join their team.

Position: Fast Food Restaurant Manager

NOC: 60030

Terms of employment: Permanent / Full Time

Vacancy: 1

Start Date: As soon as possible

Salary: $29/ hour for 36 hours per week

Language: English

Education: Completion of college or other program related to hospitality or food beverage service management.  

Experience: 2 -3 years in the same or related industry.

Location: Unit 2445, 6551 No.3 Road, Richmond, BC, V6Y 2B6

Main Duties:

• Address customers complain or concerns; negotiate with the clients for catering; Recruit, train and supervise the staff;
• Make sure all the health and safety regulations are followed as per the guidelines of the health department.
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food or other supplies.
• Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify the procedures and prices.
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the restaurant and other food and beverage services.
• Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
• Set staff schedules and monitor the staff performance and appreciate the staff so as to motivate.
• Make sure all the records are well maintained all the time.

Additional Skills: organize and maintain inventory.
