We, Bee Thai Cuisine Ltd. o/a Bee Thai Cuisine are a modern Thai restaurant. We are currently hiring a full-time and permanent Cook. (We can consider Part-time as well as Full-time applicants)

Wage: $17.62/hr ~$18.00/hr depending on experience, based on 30-36hrs/wk, with 4% paid vacation
Overtime: Overtime rate provided after 8hrs/day and 40hrs/wk
Education: Completion of Secondary School
Experience: At least 1-2 years of work experience or completion of equivalent in accredited training program for (Ethnic) food
Terms of Employment: Full-time, permanent

Job duties:
-Prepare and cook complete meal course or individual dishes using recipes and food products for Thai food
-Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
-Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by chef
-Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers and oversee kitchen operations
-Maintain records of food, inventory, supplies, and equipment or order supplies
-Clean work area and kitchen and maintain workstation clean
-Maintain food inventory, and supervise kitchen helpers
-May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs
