We are seeking a Construction supervisor to join our team.

Start date: as soon as possible

$45-47 per hour, 1 Full time- permanent, 30 hours per week

Requirements:

• High school graduation
• 2 years related work experience
• Language required: English
• Location of work: Various locations in Kelowna, BC

Key duties of the role:

• Read blueprints and drawings
• Coordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers
• Coordinate and schedule activities
• Supervise workers and projects
• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Recommend personnel actions
• Train or arrange for training
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity
• Requisition materials and supplies
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
