Job Description
DCS Technologies is an IT service company, that offers the business communities, technical solutions to meet their needs such as point-of-sale hardware & software, Digital Signage, Surveillance Cameras, Search Engine Optimization, Website Designing, Online Ordering, and much more.
DCS Technologies is looking for an User Support Technician. It is a full-time, permanent position in Sicamous BC.
The User Support Technician. will have to:
- The Information Technology Support Technician will be responsible for:
- Communicating electronically or in person with the software users facing difficulties.
- Execute solutions with references from guides, manuals, and other documents.
- Provide advice and real-time assistance to the user.
- Perform follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collect information and maintain problems & solutions logs for the users.
- Maintain records of daily communication transactions, problems, and remedial actions taken.
- Can redesign documents or user manuals if required.
- Assist clients with the installation of upgrades.
- Provide proper network, and internet support to the users.
Job Requirements:
Completion of Secondary School education is required.
Post-secondary education in the field is required.
We offer a Wage of $31.00/hour for 40 hours per week.
