Job Description

Multihexa College NB Inc., located in Toronto, Ontario is currently looking for an experienced, reliable and organized candidate to join their team as soon as possible on a full-time basis and fulfill the role of Office administrator.

Job Title: Office administrator (NOC: 13100)

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time

Location of Employment: 543 Yonge St. 2nd Floor Toronto, Ontario M4Y 1Y5

Wage Rate: $ 27.50 per hour, for 40 hours per week

Over Time Wage: $ 41.25 per hour after 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week

Benefits: 4% vacation Pay

Number of Vacancies: 1

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Requirements:
• Languages: English
• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Job Duties:
• Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
• Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
• Carry out administrative activities of establishment
• Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
• Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
• Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures



Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Microsoft Office, Accounting Software
