Multihexa College NB Inc., located in Toronto, Ontario is currently looking for an experienced, reliable and organized candidate to join their team as soon as possible on a full-time basis and fulfill the role of Bookkeeper.

Wage Rate: $ 27.00 per hour, for 40 hours per week

Over Time Wage: $ 40.50 per hour after 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week

Benefits: 4% vacation Pay

Job Requirements:
• Languages: English
• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years


Job Duties:
• Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
• Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
• Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
• Post journal entries
• Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
• Prepare tax returns
• Prepare trial balance of books
• Reconcile accounts


Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Microsoft Office, Accounting Software
