Yoshi Japanese Restaurant Ltd. is looking for a full-time permanent Kitchen Helper to join our team.

Salary: $16.00 per hour

Hours of Work: 30-40 hours per week

Work Location: D 1995 Brentwood Blvd, Sherwood Park, AB T8A 0C9

Responsibilities:

• Place dishes in storage area
• Stock refrigerators and salad bars
• Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs
• Remove kitchen garbage and trash
• Sharpen kitchen knives
• Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
• Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit
• Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment

Qualifications:

• Language: English
• Secondary school education is usually required
• Experience in food service industry is preferred
