Job Description

 3K Construction & Framing Inc. located in Surrey, BC is currently hiring 2 full-time “Construction Helpers” to join its team.

Position: Construction Helper

Salary: $28.85 (CAD)/ hour

Job Type: Full time; Permanent

Number of Positions: 3

Expected start date: As soon as possible

Work locations: Various locations in Surrey (BC) and other areas of Lower Mainland.

Job Duties

• Assist skilled tradespersons at the work site by providing them tools, equipment, and other materials as required and assist in other activities.
• Load, unload and move construction materials to and from the work site.
• Dig trenches, backfill holes, or compact earth to prepare for construction.
• Remove rubble and debris from the work site.
• Clean and prepare surface.
• Mix, pour and spread materials as per tradesman's instructions.
• Observe safety regulations and procedures at all times.
• Take care of construction equipment, clean them and store at safe place after work shift.

Job Requirements

• Some work experience as a construction Helper would be an asset but not mandatory.
• Functional English is required.
• Candidate should be willing to work outdoors, indoors, and all-weather conditions.

Note: 3K Construction & Framing Inc. will pay $500.00 to any employee who makes a referral that results in a hire. Qualified candidates will receive financial assistance up to $1000.00 for relocation from other provinces or regions.
