Sizzling Dhaba is a beloved Indian restaurant located in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Situated in the peaceful and picturesque neighborhood of St. Anne’s Road, our restaurant is a family-owned business that prides itself on providing a truly authentic and satisfying culinary experience.

 WE are looking for a candidate which will play a key role in contributing to our satisfaction and acquisition goals of growth.

Responsibilities:

• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation 
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Prepare budget and cost estimates
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Prepare food order summaries for chef
• Establish work schedules
