| Job Description: Position: Line Cook (NOC 63200) Position Available: 2 Employer: Singletrack Sushi Inc. o/a Whistler Samurai Sushi Working Location: 7015 Nesters Rd, Whistler, BC V8E 0X1 Working Condition: Permanent, Full Time Wage: $18.00~$23.00 per hour (depending on experience) Working hours: 32~40 hours per week Job duties: Prepare and cook Japanese specialty foods. Supervise, plan, and create new menus and ensure food meets quality standards. Fill in for or assist the kitchen manager. Responsible for scheduling and substituting when the kitchen manager is off-duty. Instruct and train new line cooks. Job Requirements: Requirement: At least one year of cooking experience. Must be available to work at least one day on the weekend. Completion of high school.
