$38.40 Hourly, for 40 Hours per week

Education:
High school diploma is required
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in the field are required
Languages:
Oral and Written English is required
Duties:
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of residential cleaning
- Plan and control budget
- Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff
- Hire, train and supervise staff.
- Order rental equipment for jobs.
- Approve Production employee hours and payroll.
- Approve contractor payments.
- Adjust budgets within assigned authority levels to correct estimating errors
- Follow (and improve) the standard Grime Fighters production process
