We are seeking a compassionate and reliable live-in Caregiver to assist with daily living activities for our elderly mother. It will be a full-time job in our home at 15132 67 Avenue
Surrey, BC V3S 9G9.
The right candidate will be responsible for monitoring the mother’s health, preparing meals, administering medication, and providing companionship.
Responsibilities / Tasks
Assist with daily living activities
Prepare healthy meals (breakfast to dinner)
Administer medication as prescribed by a physician
Monitor the client’s health and report any changes to the physician or family members
Provide companionship and emotional support
Perform housekeeping duties and laundry
Accompany the client to appointments and outings as necessary
Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
or equivalent experience
Experience
Experience would be an asset
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Work setting
Work in employer's/client's home
