Position: Specialized Cleaner  - Food Processing /Manufacturing Facilities

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Start Date: As Soon as Possible

Language: English

Salary: $22.50/Hourly x 40 hours per week

Minimum Education: No degree, certificate or diploma

Job Location(s): 936 Twelfth Street, New Westminster. BC V6M 4K6 and various locations in Lower Mainland of BC

Duties & Responsibilities

•  Operate cleaning machines
• Wash and clean interior and exterior windows and other glass surfaces
• Vacuum floors
• Wax and polish floors
• Adhere to Safety, GMP, SSOP, WHMIS and HACCP principles
• Washing and sanitizing equipment, containers and surfaces inside and outside the Plant
• Disassembly and assembly of equipment
• Adhere to any lockout procedures and report any broken, damaged or unsafe equipment
• Handling and mixing Industrial Strength chemicals
• This position requires the operation of high pressure washing, scrubbing, and sanitizing in a cold, wet environment
• Other duties as directed by Supervisor
