Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, solution-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support via email, phone, or chat, and ensuring their inquiries are resolved efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues
Uphold company policies and ensure high customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred)
Proven experience in a customer service role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working with computers and CRM systems
Ability to work independently and in a team
Schedule: Flexible hours; must be available during core business hours (8 AM – 5 PM EST)
Salary: USTD $25–$45/hour (based on experience)
