Duties & Responsibilities

• Plant, cultivate, irrigate, and harvest crops.
• Apply fertilizers, compost, and nutrients according to crop requirements and growth stages
• Prune plants, remove damaged leaves, and maintain plant health to improve yield and quality.
• Use basic farming tools, weed & water fields, thin crops, and perform other general crop maintenance duties
• Harvest mature vegetables by hand at the correct stage of ripeness
• Sort, grade, and pack harvested produce for storage, transport, or sale.
• Clean and maintain tools, farm equipment, and work areas

Job Requirements

• No education, No experience is needed.
• Ability to work in various work environments such as wet, damp, dust and cold etc.
