Job Duties:
-Provide work direction, supervision to other staff including preps and portioning
-Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
-Ensure that other staff work in compliance with established safe work practices and procedures
-Establish work schedules and methods to meet work schedules
-Prepare budget and cost estimates
-Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
-Ensure food service and quality control is met
-Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
-Promote and maintain excellent customer relations and effective on-going communication with all levels of staff
-Other tasks, duties and assignments as directed by the Manager
Job Requirements:
Education: High School
Experience: 2 year to 3 years
