Job Title: Drywall and acoustical installer helper (NOC 75110)

Terms of Employment: 32-40 hours per week, Full-time/ Permanent

Start Date: As soon as possible

Wage: $36.60 per hour

Overtime: 1.5 times the regular pay for every hour exceeding 40hrs/week

Benefits:  As per company policy

Vacation Pay: 4% vacation pay

No of Positions: 2

Work setting: Various locations in Lower Mainland

Shift: Early Morning, Evening, Morning, Day, Weekend

On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Job Duties:

• Load, unload, and transport construction materials.
• Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades.
• Mix, pour and spread materials.
• Assist heavy equipment operators.
• Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites.
• Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
• Level earth to fine grade specifications.
• Clean and pile salvaged materials.
• Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
• Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
• Direct traffic at or near construction sites

Education:

• No degree, certificate, or diploma

Experience:

• Experience is an asset. Training will be provided.

Language:

• Basic level of English is required.
