Position: General Labourer
Job Details
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 20–40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
Assist skilled tradespeople on construction and industrial sites
Prepare and maintain work areas, ensuring sites remain clean and organized
Safely transport and handle materials, tools, and equipment
Support site operations including demolition, excavation, and material management
Follow all health and safety protocols and site procedures
Perform general maintenance and support tasks as assigned
Assist with site setup and end-of-day cleanup
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
What We’re Looking For
Physical ability to perform demanding manual work
Reliable attendance and strong punctuality
Basic understanding of workplace health and safety practices
Ability to follow instructions from supervisors and site leads
Previous construction or general labour experience is an asset, but not required
Willingness to learn and take direction
Certified training or skilled trade experience is considered an asset
Licence / Certification (Preferred as an asset)
WHMIS Certification
Working at Heights Certificate
Health & Safety Training
Ability to Commute / Relocate
Ability to reliably commute to job sites as required
Willingness to travel within the local area is an asset
