$30.00 – $31.00 per hour
35–45 hours per week
Shifts: Morning, Day, Evening
Humble Nest Daycare Inc. is seeking qualified Early Childhood Educators (ECE Level 3) to plan, organize, and implement developmentally appropriate programs for young children in a safe and nurturing environment.
Develop and implement child-care programs that support children’s physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development
Lead activities such as storytelling, songs, creative arts, dramatic play, and physical activities
Observe children and assess their abilities, interests, and needs
Prepare reports and discuss children’s progress or concerns with parents and staff
Guide and assist children with daily routines including eating, dressing, and toilet habits
Maintain a healthy, safe, and supportive learning environment
Attend staff meetings and collaborate with team members
Supervise and support other early childhood educators or assistants when required
College/CEGEP diploma in Early Childhood Education
ECE Level 3 Certification (Child Development Supervisor / equivalent)
Valid Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
Eligible for or registered with the provincial ECE regulatory body
