Education: College/ CEGEP 

Job Duties: 

• Develop clear plans to prioritize tasks and meet operational deadlines
• Oversee and manage the organization’s operational logistics
• Plan, organize, and monitor daily logistics activities
• Coordinate activities with other departments and work units to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare and submit operational and performance reports
• Arrange maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities as required
• Resolve workplace issues, provide technical guidance, and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and product quality
• Train employees on job duties, company policies, and procedures
• Organize and coordinate training programs for staff development
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide feedback
• Assign, coordinate, and review work to ensure efficiency and quality standards
• Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
• Organize, monitor, and maintain inventory levels
