Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office systems, including filing and record-keeping.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Admin Officer, Office Administrator, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
