Wage: $32 per hour/30 hours per week
Full time – Permanent
Language: English
Starts as soon as possible
Minimum Education: High school graduation
NOC Group: Administration officer (NOC: 13100)
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.


Tasks:
• Implement new administrative procedures
• Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
• Delegate work to office support staff
• Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
• Carry out administrative activities of establishment
• Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
• Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
