Cleaning Supervisor at Telegraph Harbour Marina

Location: 76 Marina Drive, Thetis Island, BC V0R 2Y0

Work location: On site

Salary: $28.00 hourly / 35 to 40 hours per week

Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of cleaning staff.
• Inspect marina facilities, buildings, and surrounding areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.
• Assist cleaning staff in performing duties such as sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, and waste removal when required.
• Recommend or arrange for additional services such as painting, repairs, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
• Coordinate cleaning activities with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Establish work schedules and assign tasks to cleaning staff.
• Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies.
