Job Responsibilities-
1-Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies.
2-Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget.
3-Plan and organize daily operations.
4-Set staff work schedules.
5-Supervise staff and Train staff.
6-Conduct performance reviews.
7-Organize and maintain inventory.
8-Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
9-Address customers' complaints or concerns.
10-Provide customer service, Manage events and Cost products and services
