Job Responsibilities-
1-Bring clean dishes, flatware and other items to serving areas and set tables
2-Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
3-Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware
4-Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
5-Package take-out food
6-Prepare, heat and finish simple food items
7-Serve customers at counters or buffet tables
8-Take customers' orders
9-Handle and store cleaning products
10-Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas
11-Remove kitchen garbage and trash
12-Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
13-Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit
