Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the seamless flow of materials and products across our supply chain, supporting efficient production processes and meeting customer demands. The ideal candidate will have experience with procurement and demand planning.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels across store locations
• Manage procurement activities including purchasing raw materials and components to meet production schedules
• Utilize SAP and other ERP systems to track inventory levels, order status, and supply chain metrics
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials while maintaining optimal inventory level
• Assist in developing demand forecasts based on production schedules and market trends
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize loss and improve efficiency

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory systems or data tracking tools is an asset
• Proficiency with SAP , excel, and demand planning tools
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail for data analysis and reporting
• Effective communication skills for collaborating across departments and with suppliers
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required
