Wages: $25.00 per hour, 40 hours per week;

Overtime wage: $37.50 after 8 hours/day or 40 hours/week

Benefits: 4% Vacation pay
Work Location: 9675 116 Street, Surrey, BC, V3V 3Z7 (The candidate is required to work on various locations in the lower mainland depending on work project)

Eligibility:

• Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
• Experience: Will train
• Language: English

Job Duties:

• Load, unload and transport construction materials
• Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades
• Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
• Level earth to fine grade specifications
• Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
• Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
