Location: Surrey, BC | V3W 4G1
Work Type: On-site | Full-time | Permanent
Salary: $82,212 – $85,800 annually (Negotiable)
Hours: 30 hours per week

About the Role

Oziss Industries Inc. is seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our marketing strategy. This role is ideal for a creative and analytical professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze market research data to inform business decisions.
• Direct and evaluate marketing strategies for the organization.
• Oversee preparation of written content for the website and other marketing channels.
• Review and edit reports, presentations, press releases, and promotional materials.
• Develop and manage promotional campaigns.
• Plan and control marketing budgets and expenditures.
• Manage contracts with external vendors and service providers.
• Plan, direct, and evaluate advertising campaigns to promote products and services.
• Supervise a team of 5–10 marketing staff.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Strong knowledge of advertising, market research, sales, and strategy.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and email communication.
• Experience in business sales and services, including negotiation and distribution.
• Asset: Knowledge of Panjabi and Hindi languages.
