Job Description

Employer: Winmate International Entertainment Group Inc.
Location: Fort St. John, BC
Position: Service Manager (NOC 10029)
Number of Positions: 1
Employment Type: Full-time
Hours: 40 hours per week
Wage: $64–$68 per hour

Duties:

  • Oversee the delivery of IT services, including system support, infrastructure, and client solutions
  • Develop and maintain service procedures and standards to ensure consistent service quality
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and address service-related inquiries and issues
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely implementation and support of IT systems
  • Monitor service performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
  • Supervise and support service staff, including scheduling and performance management
  • Manage service budgets and allocate resources effectively
  • Identify opportunities to improve services and support business growth
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and data security requirements
  • Prepare reports on service performance and operations

Education:

  • Completion of a post-secondary diploma or degree in business administration, information technology, computer science, or a related field

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of related work experience
