
Receptionist (NOC-14101)
Job location: Bonnyville, AB
Wage/Salary: $16/Hour
Duration/Location: Permanent/Full Time at Impact Health, Bonnyville, AB
The main duties and responsibilities assigned will be the following:
• Greet and assist patients as they arrive at the clinic; schedule patient appointments for physical therapy sessions.
• Coordinate with therapists to ensure availability and optimal scheduling.
• Assist in billing processes, including submitting claims and handling billing inquiries.
• Handle phone calls, inquiries, and correspondence from patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
• Provide information and assistance to callers and route calls to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain and monitor inventory of office and clinic supplies.
• Place orders for necessary supplies, ensuring that the clinic is well-stocked.
• Assist in general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and managing clinic schedules.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date patient records are maintained in compliance with healthcare regulations; organize and file patient documentation securely.
