Ever Bloom Nurseries Ltd. is hiring 2 Full Time "Farm Supervisors”

Duties: 

• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers who perform activities such as planting, irrigation, harvesting, grading etc.
• Recruit, train, co-ordinate and supervise workers
• Oversight of the organization and maintenance of farm property, equipment and machinery.
• Oversee planting schedules as well as farm operations.
• Maintain & ensure product quality and production records.

Work Site Environment: Outdoors, Wet/damp/rain/shine
