Restaurant Assistant Manager – Fredericton, NB

Little Caesars Pizza is hiring a full-time Restaurant Assistant Manager.

Job Details:

• $30.00 per hour
• 32 hours per week
• Permanent, full-time
• On-site position

Duties:

• Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate the operations of the restaurant
• Determine service standards and implement operational procedures
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff and monitor employee performance
• Prepare work schedules and manage staffing requirements
• Control inventory, monitor revenues, and improve operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Resolve customer complaints and maintain high customer service standards
• Coordinate with suppliers for food, equipment, and operational needs

Requirements:

• 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service or restaurant environment, including supervisory or managerial responsibilities
  
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
