Looking for a painter with 3 years minimal expierience in new residential homes. You must be versatile; skilled at spraying, rolling, brushing, and patching. You must be good with people, both inside the company and out. They naturally connect with our clients, in a friendly, warm, welcoming and professional manner. You are detail oriented, efficient, and experienced in various painting and coating applications. You demonstrate our value to clients by confidently revealing a remarkable finished product.

We rely on our Painters to act as ambassadors of our company, demonstrate our company values, and provide clean, professional and efficient painting services to our clients.

We are looking for painters who:

-Have at least 3 years of dedicated painting experience.

-Are skilled at spraying, rolling, caulking, cutting, sanding, backrolling and patching.

-Can connect with our clients, in a friendly, and professional manner.

-Detail oriented, efficient, and experienced in various painting and coating applications.

-Confidently perform final walk-throughs.

Requirements:

-Product and industry knowledge in residential painting

-Open minded, striving to be better, learn new skills.

-Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license

-Data-paid smartphone to use our job site phone app.

-Able to meet the physical demands of the nature of work, ex. Climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs.

-Can speak english
