Job Description

• Arrange training for staff
• Conduct performance reviews
• Plan and control budget and expenditures
• Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
• Provide customer service
• Perform data entry
• Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce
• Prepare sales, rental or leasing contracts
• Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates
• Maintain sales records for inventory control
• Provide advice about merchandise
• Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
• Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems
• Consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets by identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts, upselling, and cross-selling products or services. 
• Tracking sales performance, analyzing customer data, and providing regular reports to management on account status and potential opportunities.
