Salary: $70,000 – $72,000 annually
Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week, Day Shift, Overtime Available

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, staff supervision, and facility management. The successful candidate will ensure smooth warehouse activities, maintain operational efficiency, and support customer satisfaction through effective logistics and inventory practices.

Key Responsibilities

Direct and control warehouse and logistics operations to ensure efficient workflow, inventory accuracy, timely outbound shipments, and effective coordination of facility activities; Develop and implement operational procedures, safety inspection schedules, and preventive maintenance programs to maintain compliance with company standards and operational requirements; Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff, assign duties, and oversee daily operational performance to ensure productivity and service efficiency; Plan and manage operational resources, inventory controls, and departmental budgets while monitoring warehouse performance and preparing operational reports and statistics for management review; Assess client and operational requirements, coordinate with customers and internal departments to resolve service-related issues, recommend suitable logistics solutions, and provide ongoing operational support where required; Administer service and supply-related contracts, organize and maintain inventory, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction; Manage day-to-day logistical activities for all outbound shipments while continuously communicating and coordinating shipment activities with scheduling and customer service teams; Submit availability and order requests to the SMEG CSR team, Sales Representatives, and other 3PL clients as required; Maintain the RAMP Warehouse Management System and ensure that inventory records align with physical inventory counts and storage locations within the warehouse; Serve as a point of contact within operations and assist the Sales and Marketing Team in resolving customer concerns and inquiries in a timely manner; Print outbound shipment documentation daily using the RAMP system; Run “Picked Shipment” and “Staged” reports on a regular basis; Work with assigned Customer Service Representatives to expedite past-due orders and shipments throughout the month and during month-end periods; Collaborate with the Customer Service Team to process and resolve shipment and customer-related issues; Enter accurate data into the system, including reviewing Bills of Lading (BOLs), labels, and carrier information; Coordinate outbound trucking activities with the Shipping and Receiving Manager; Provide necessary training on outbound logistical matters when and where applicable; Provide coverage and act as a backup point of contact for warehouse and traffic operations when required; Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with GMP housekeeping practices; Participate in process improvement initiatives to reduce errors and improve customer satisfaction; Perform other duties as assigned by the COO when required.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse operations or facility management
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage inventory systems and operational reporting
Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and warehouse operations
Proficiency in English
