Wage: $17.00 per hour
Hours: 30-40 hours per week

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team on a permanent full-time basis.

Job Responsibilities

- Oversee and plan the daily tasks of food service staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

- Train new employees in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.

- Ensure that food quality, presentation, and service standards are met.

- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed to avoid shortages.

- Address customer concerns and resolve issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards.

- Monitor and manage staff performance, providing feedback and support as necessary.

Employment Requirements

• · Completion of secondary school is required.
• · Previous experience in the food service industry is required.
• · Supervisory experience is considered an asset.
• · Strong communication and organizational skills.
