 Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

Tasks

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage restaurant budgets, control costs, and support overall business profitability.
  • Manage staff performance, provide training, and maintain a productive work environment.
  • Recruit, schedule, and coordinate staff duties to meet operational requirements.
  • Monitor food quality, portion control, and pricing strategies in line with company standards.
  • Implement restaurant policies, service procedures, and health and safety regulations.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and oversee stock management activities.
  • Prepare daily sales reports, manage cash handling procedures, and reconcile financial records.
  • Conduct staff evaluations and support continuous improvement in restaurant operations.
