Job Description:
• Assist the staff in organizing, planning, and implementing strategies to attract new residential and commercial clients for mirrored glass closet doors, glass dividers, and related glass products.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
• Conduct market research to gather knowledge about customer requirements and prevailing trends.
• Develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
• Monitor retail operating costs, budgets, and other financial matters.
• Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality control of glass doors, mirrored panels, hardware, and related materials.
• Communicate with customers and evaluate their needs and specifications for mirrored closet doors, glass room dividers, and other custom glass door solutions.
• Create inventory reports to track material usage and plan future purchases.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Oversee the pricing and credit policies.
• Maintain professional standards to sustain business development.
• Train and coach employees on policies, procedures, and job duties.
Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Post-secondary education and/or minimum one year of experience in the field is required.
