Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking one (1) Construction Site Supervisor to join our crew. We are looking for individuals with experience in residential and commercial exterior siding installation who take pride in quality workmanship and safety. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and organize commercial job sites from start to completion
• Coordinate trades, materials, and daily site logistics
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints and construction specifications.
• Oversee installation of: sidings, gutters, roofing, and other exterior building aspects. 
• Communicate effectively with workers and clients. 
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with company quality standards and customer specifications.
• Schedule labor, equipment, materials, and other construction activities.
• Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard
• Remain hands-on and actively contribute to site work
• Supervises, directs, coaches, trains, and mentors the construction crew. 
• Track material usage, equipment deployment, and labor hours for project reports and daily log reports. 
• Resolve operational issues and address employee concerns.
• Monitor schedules and update on a daily basis.
• Lead all site safety activities, audits, and trainings. 

Employment Terms

• Permanent, full-time (40 hours per week)
• Wage: $38.50 per hour, reviewed annually with potential increases .
• Benefits: Overtime pay as per BC Employment Standards, and 4% vacation pay

Location

Work will be based at various sites in Surrey, Vancouver, Burnaby, and surrounding areas in the Lower Mainland.

Language used at work:  English 

Requirements

• Education: High School
• Experience: 2 -3 years on construction work experience. 
• Exceptional organizational abilities
• English communication skills (verbal and written)
