LOOKING FOR ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

 Terms of Employment : Permanent, Fulltime

Salary : 35.70/ Hour; 40 Hours per week

Anticipated starting date : As soon as possible

Education :  Bachelor’s Degree

Experience : 1 year in similar industry

Languages: English

Work Settings : Office Environment  

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Implement efficient working processes and coordinate, assign and review the work of clerks engaged in the following duties.
• Administering accounts payable and receivable; processing, verifying and recording financial documents and forms.
• Administering payrolls, processing, verifying and recording insurance claims and forms and collecting user fees and payments on overdue accounts.
• Examine and verify accuracy of work and authorize routine payments, credits and other transactions.
• Schedule events, programs and activities, Schedule work.
• Train workers in duties and policies
• Prepare and submit reports.
• Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• Ensure accuracy of financial transactions. Co-ordinate, assign and review work. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies.
• Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
