Job Title: Personal Care Provider
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time (We can consider Part-time as well as Full-time applicants)
Work Location: (Private Home) Duncan, BC
Wage & benefits: C$22.00/hr based on 30-32hrs/wk, with 4% paid vacation
Overtime: Overtime rate provided after 8hrs/day, or 40hrs/wk
Education: Completion of Secondary School
Experience: Not required, but is an asset
Terms of Employment: Full-time, permanent

Job duties:
- Provide personal care and companionship
-Communicate and encourage the patient to be more positive and relaxed from their illness
- Assist in taking prescriptions and oversee diet, mood, etc.
- Oversee and support in doing physical activities at home
- Prepare and serve simple and light meals with special diets, and assist in feeding
- Administer bedside and personal care (such as aid in ambulation, taking meds, personal hygiene, etc.)
- May perform routine light housekeeping duties such as washing dishes, making beds, etc.
