JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ARE LISTED BELOW:
- Oversee daily tire finishing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met.
- Supervised daily tire finishing, retreading, and repair activities and ensured adherence to production schedules.
- Monitored product quality during processing to ensure finished tires met required specifications and company standards.
- Ensured smooth workflow by effectively utilizing equipment, manpower, and production resources.
- Trained, guided, and supported tire technicians and production helpers on operational procedures and safety practices.
- Coordinated with inventory, maintenance, and other departments to improve production efficiency.
- Conducted routine checks and ensured proper functioning and basic maintenance of tire retreading and finishing equipment.
- Analyzed production data and prepared performance and productivity reports.
- Implemented and enforced workplace health and safety regulations and compliance standards. Perform other related supervisory and operational duties as assigned by management.

Criteria
Education: College/CEGEP
Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Language: English
Salary: CAD$ 36.50/hour. Full-time permanent position
