
Job Description:
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate operations as per Lighthouse
Recommending hiring, promotion, transfer or termination of employees
Achieve daily Lighthouse goals and monitor staff performance
Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales revenue and productivity levels
Engage in planning of special events and replacement of promotions and products
Recruit new staff and assist in staff training
Managing weekly/monthly inventory records
Modifying or uploading new prices provided by head office in the Point of Sales system
Set staff work schedules
Negotiate and manage catering orders with clients. Order preparation for number of people between 20 to 150 at any given time.
Dealing with monthly audits from head office
Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are being followed
