Experience: 1 Year to less than 2 Years

 Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and organize the work of employees engaged in printing, signage production, finishing, and manufacturing of different printed materials and sign products.
• Set up practical work procedures to meet production deadlines and ensure proper coordination between the design, printing, fabrication, finishing, installation, and customer service teams.
• Check and approve work orders, artwork files, proofs, samples, colours, measurements, materials, and completed products to make sure they match client requirements.
• Arrange and request necessary materials and supplies.
• Handle day-to-day production issues, guide workers on technical matters, and suggest ways to improve workflow, efficiency, safety, and product quality.
• Train employees on their duties, use of equipment, workplace safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
• Prepare production reports, maintain work records, and report personnel actions to management.
