Location - 48 Peel Centre Dr, Brampton, ON, L6T 5M2
Salary: $36.25 hourly / 30 hours per Week
Overtime: 1.5 times gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Duties & Responsibilities :
Prepare and manage the restaurant's budget to maximize profitability while maintaining efficient operations.
Plan and control the costs of food, beverages, ingredients, kitchen equipment, and cleaning supplies.
Oversee the restaurant's day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Review menu items, food preparation methods, and pricing, making adjustments to align with business goals and budget requirements.
Monitor sales and labour expenses to maintain appropriate staffing levels and control operating costs.
Supervise employees, provide guidance, and ensure high standards of performance and customer service.
Organize daily work activities and coordinate restaurant operations effectively.
Recruit, interview, and hire qualified staff to meet operational needs.
Prepare employee work schedules to ensure adequate staffing during operating hours.
Train new and existing employees on restaurant procedures, service standards, and workplace policies.
Establish and implement operational policies and determine the range of services offered by the restaurant.
Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for professional development.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating pricing and purchasing agreements for food, beverages, and other supplies.
Coordinate and negotiate catering services and facility bookings with clients when required.
Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly to ensure a positive dining experience and maintain customer satisfaction.
