Terms of Employment: Full Time, Permanent, Shift, Morning, Day, Weekend

Vacancy: 3

Salary: 24.50 per hour for 35 - 44 hours per week

Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years

Location: 131 King Street, St Catharines, ON L2R 3J2

Job Duties:

• Prepare and cook Japanese and Thai meals and dishes listed on the menu
• Determine size of food portion and monitor the inventory of food
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Check and monitor the quality of cooked products
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
• Oversee kitchen operations and helpers
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
• Manage kitchen operations
• Clean kitchen and work area and keep hygiene and safety practices
