Job Responsibilities:
Conduct targeted market analysis and specialized outreach to identify, assess, and qualify potential franchise partners.
Execute the B2B franchise recruitment process, including leading informational sessions and preparing detailed proposals for investors.
Facilitate initial negotiations and coordinate the signing of agreements for new joint operation stores.
Collaborate with the Sales Manager to define strategic geographic areas for expansion and market entry.
